October 11, 2023
Oleg Uruskyy once again assumed the position of Director of Progresstech-Ukraine. He already managed the company from April to July 2020, until he took the post of Deputy Prime Minister - Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine. Then, instead of him, the head of Progressech-Ukraine was the American businessman and scientist Anton Kulchytskyi.
In September of this year, Anton Kulchytskyi headed the Progresstechgroup holding, which unites a number of design centers in the countries of North America and Europe, in particular the company Progressech-Ukraine and its founder PT-Americas (USA).
Instead, the Board of Directors of the international holding re-appointed Oleg Urusky to the vacant position of head of Progresstech-Ukraine.
Oleg Uruskyi was born in April 1963. Graduated from Kyiv Higher Military Aviation Engineering College. He was repeatedly appointed to management positions in the central bodies of the executive power, at enterprises and associations of the defense industry, the air transport industry, and mechanical engineering.

Progresstech-Ukraine is the largest provider of intelligent services for the aerospace industry in Central and Eastern Europe.
Thanks to effective management, Progressech-Ukraine managed to strengthen its market position, despite the catastrophic challenges and existential threats that Ukraine faced in the last 4 years.
Thus, in 2020-2021, during the period of the spread of COVID-19, the company protected personnel from the pandemic, applied new teamwork algorithms, and quickly adapted to market demand for the modernization of the commercial aircraft fleet. As a result, in 2 "relative" years, Progresstech-Ukraine increased the export of engineering and IT solutions for the aircraft construction and air transport industry by almost a third.
In 2022-2023, during full-scale Russian aggression, Progressech-Ukraine retained a powerful engineering team, radically reformed business processes, increased labor productivity, and strengthened its export potential. Already in the summer of 2023, the demand for the company's services prompted it to launch new projects for the aviation industry and accelerate the recruitment of personnel.
