Earlier, in December 2022, Progresstech Academy entered the TOP-10 most effective corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices. The popular online publication "Business Capital" formed this rating based on the results of an expert evaluation of CSR strategies embodied in the first year of full-scale Russian aggression.
Progresstech Academy is a complex of online courses in aerospace engineering for undergraduate students of five faculties of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Ihor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute".
The project was implemented as an element of the training of engineers under the dual form of education. Thematic courses are developed and taught by experts of the Progressech-Ukraine HR department, and practical classes are conducted by engineers with many years of experience in international aircraft construction programs.
Studying is carried out on the basis of the Learning Management System (LMS) - a distance learning management system. Its application ensures a high level of automation of the engineering training process, in particular, the organization of lectures, seminars, workshops, testing, web conferences, as well as pre-diploma practice. Thanks to the LMS, students get round-the-clock access to educational materials in various formats, and also have the opportunity to regularly communicate with teachers and initiate group discussions of current topics.
Progresstech-Ukraine company took over all financial expenses for the organization and conduct of classes.
Thanks to the remote format of training and effective project management, Progresstech Academy ensures the continuity of education of KPI students in the hot phase of war. Online courses are also an important step in the integration of students into the professional environment. After all, students not only acquire knowledge, but also borrow practical experience of engineering work according to international standards from their teachers from Progresstech-Ukraine.
