Progresstech Ukraine provided services to Ukraine’s major international airport, Kyiv Boryspil. The company examined the load-bearing capacity of airdrome pavements, checking all key elements, including runway-1, runway-2, almost all taxiways of both airfields, and five main aprons.

Using non-destructive methods, Progresstech Ukraine carried out on-site tests of airdrome elements and identified their pavement classification numbers (PCN). Progresstech Ukraine also provided the client with recommendations on pavement use scenarios involving different aircraft types (with individual aircraft classification numbers or ACN).

The tests and recommendations were conducted in accordance with the Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation, Annex 14 Airdromes) and national aviation regulations.
