General Provisions
The Policy of Progresstech-Ukraine on the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is issued in accordance with the current Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI dated June 1, 2010.
This Policy applies to any personal information that Progresstech-Ukraine may receive from individuals and legal entities in the process of partnership or business interaction or when accessing and using the website https://progresstech.ua.

The Policy also applies to the terms of use of cookies - information files with the function of saving them in a web browser, in the memory of a personal computer or smartphone, or other portable electronic device with access to the Internet. Their information serves, in particular, to recognize the settings of the website visitor and record his user preferences. Such files identify the site user, but do not reveal his identity.

In some cases, personal, including contact, information of users of the website https://progresstech.ua is also protected by the reCAPTCHA service and the Google Privacy Policy.

In this document, the following terms are used in the following meaning:

• website - a set of interconnected structured digital information materials (text, graphic, audiovisual), as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the network address https://progresstech.ua

• personal data owner – a natural or legal person who determines the purpose of processing personal data, establishes the composition of these data and the procedure for their processing;

• consent of the subject of personal data – a voluntary expression of the will of an individual (provided that he is informed) to grant permission for the processing of his personal data in accordance with the formulated purpose of their processing, expressed in a form that allows to conclude that consent has been granted;

• depersonalization of personal data – actions as a result of which, without the use of additional information, it is impossible to determine the belonging of personal data to a specific user or other subject of personal data;

• identified natural person – a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier (online identifier) ​​or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, socio-economic or cultural identity of that natural person;

• user – a visitor to the website https://progresstech.ua;

• personal data processing – any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and dissemination (dissemination, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including using information (automated) systems;

• recipient of personal data – a natural or legal person, including a third party to whom personal data are provided;

• personal data – information about a natural person who is already identified or can be identified accurately and unambiguously;

• personal data controller – a natural or legal person who is granted the right by the owner of personal data or authorized by law to process this data on behalf of the owner;

• personal data subject – a natural person (including a user) whose personal data are processed;

• third party – any person, except for the subject, owner or controller of personal data and the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, to whom the owner or controller transfers personal data.

Progrestech-Ukraine as a subject of relations related to personal data
Progrestech-Ukraine is the owner of personal data received directly from the subject of personal data. Progresstech-Ukraine may also act as a controller of personal data received from another person, who assumes all risks arising from potential claims from the subjects of personal data.​

Personal data processed by Progresstech-Ukraine
Progrestech-Ukraine receives and processes various categories of personal data, which, among other things, may include the name, IP address and email address, telephone number, information about education and professional activities of candidates for participation in Progresstech-Ukraine educational programs and applicants for vacant positions in the company.
 Progresstech-Ukraine also uses depersonalized data about website visitors (including cookies) processed using the Google Analytics software package and other internet statistics services.

 

​Purpose of personal data processing

For Progresstech-Ukraine, the priority goals of obtaining and processing personal data, including cookies:

• strengthening security and preventing failures in the corporate website, ensuring effective verification of the identity of the user who enters into interactive interaction with the site, and setting up reliable feedback with it;

• organization through the website of recruitment for vacant positions in Progresstech-Ukraine and selection of students of engineering educational programs of the company

• improving the user experience, in particular, identifying user preferences through analyzing the frequency of visits to sections and individual pages of the website, optimizing its content and functionality, and speeding up user access to priority information.​

 

Legal grounds for processing personal data

Progresstech-Ukraine processes personal data only if the personal data subject provides consent to their processing.

The user can provide such consent directly on the site https://progresstech.ua by filling out and sending the appropriate feedback forms, registration forms, or submitting an application.

Progresstech-Ukraine processes depersonalized data with the user's consent and if this is allowed by the settings of their web browser (cookies are enabled and JavaScript technology is used). The period of processing of personal data is unlimited. The user can withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an e-mail message to Progresstech-Ukraine ukr@progresstech.ua marked"I withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data".

​Protection of personal data privacy during their processing

The security of personal data processed by Progresstech-Ukraine is ensured through legal, organizational and technical means aimed at fully meeting the requirements of national legislation in the field of personal data protection.

Progresstech-Ukraine takes, in particular, all possible measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the personal data of the subject (including the user). Under no circumstances will personal data be transferred to third parties without the consent of the subject, except in cases related to the implementation of current legislation.

Transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, an authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual or legal entity – is carried out by Progresstech-Ukraine only on the basis of the explicit consent of the personal data subject to their transfer.​

 

Final provisions

If inaccuracies in personal data are found, the user can update them independently via a corresponding email message to ukr@progresstech.ua marked "updating personal data".
