Progresstech Ukraine modernized its engineering training courses for university students
In 2025-2026, Progresstech Ukraine modernized its “Fundamentals of aircraft engineering” training courses, which prepare university students and graduates for working in aerospace engineering. A significant innovation was the paid comprehensive internship for students under the guidance of mentors and experienced Progresstech Ukraine engineers.
According to the company’s estimates, the selection of engineering personnel will become increasingly challenging due to the growing demand for professional engineers in sectors critical to Ukraine’s defense capability and economic stability. That is why Progresstech Ukraine seeks to increase the effectiveness of its educational programs as tools for training and replenishing the engineering team.
