Progresstech Ukraine became a partner of the program “Engineering Future of Ukraine”
1 October 2026
Progresstech Ukraine has joined the program “Engineering future of Ukraine”, a nationwide educational initiative aimed at forming a new generation of professional engineers. The project represents the creation of a continuous training system of qualified engineering personnel capable of increasing the innovativeness and competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy.
In particular, educational institutions, scientific institutions, and high tech enterprises will strengthen cooperation aimed at preparing young people to work in the high tech industry.
As a project partner, Progresstech Ukraine will help ensure deep integration of the engineering training model into the production ecosystem, primarily by developing and scaling joint dual education programs with universities. The company will participate in developing university educational programs and formulating modern engineering tasks, provide advanced training for teachers, and expand mentoring interaction with students.
At the regional level, the coordination of program participants’ efforts will be entrusted to educational engineering and industrial centers. These are specialized research and development (R&D) and engineering spaces designed to develop innovations and provide hands-on training for future engineers. In total, it is planned to establish four such centers in regions with the highest concentration of educational and scientific potential and industrial capacities.
Regional centers have already been launched in Kharkiv and Dnipro, and two more are planned to be created in the central (Kyiv) and western (Lviv) regions of the country.
