In 2025, Progresstech Ukraine’s contribution in support of the state’s financial stability and defense capability through the payment of taxes and fees reached 750 million hryvnias. Thus, in the fourth year of the full-scale war, the amount of the company’s mandatory payments to budgets at all levels increased by 2.3 times compared to the pre-war year in 2021.

The significant growth in tax payments is due to expanded exports of services provided to civil aircraft manufacturers and operators, thanks to the high productivity of the Progresstech Ukraine team. This confirms the effectiveness of the company’s systematic work to improve the qualifications of engineers, which is considered a determining factor in the productivity of any design center.

To expand the knowledge, skills, systems of actions, and experience of its employees, Progresstech Ukraine uses a corporate system of continuous professional development for personnel. It includes programs of in-depth pre-project training, adaptation of novice engineers, and an entire ecosystem of inter-project trainings.

Cross-project learning is primarily aimed at creating a holistic engineering environment. Among its tasks are unifying language and synchronizing engineers’ thinking, forming a common understanding of protocols and processes, terms and standards, and a vision of the relationships between systems and the interdependence between individual engineering solutions.
