In 2025, Progresstech Ukraine expanded its team and signed a long-term contract with Boeing

29 January 2026

2025 was a period of active expansion for the Progresstech Ukraine team. Last year, more than 120 engineers and programmers joined it.

Effective recruitment made it possible to significantly strengthen a number of the company’s traditional engineering areas, in particular, technological support for aviation production, strength analysis, design of airframe elements, onboard systems, and aircraft interiors.

At the same time, Progresstech Ukraine expanded the services segment to create digital solutions for modernizing production processes, optimizing aircraft maintenance, and improving flight safety.

The growth in workload was primarily driven by demand for Progresstech Ukraine’s services from Boeing, the Ukrainian company’s principal customer.

Last year, Boeing signed a long-term contract with the Ukrainian service provider for the first time, given Progresstech Ukraine’s efficiency in fulfilling orders, the stability of its work, and its high adaptability to current challenges. Previously, the companies had signed annual contracts with subsequent extensions.

The parties signed their first direct cooperation agreement in November 2013. According to the document, the Ukrainian company quickly formed a new powerful department based on project teams that had positive experience in international aircraft construction programs. And just four months later, in January 2014 – exactly 12 years ago – the Ukrainian engineering team began to fulfill the first direct order from Boeing.

Twelve years of cooperation with Boeing gave a powerful impetus to Progresstech Ukraine’s development. The company’s engineers have gained unique opportunities for professional growth and mastered new areas of work. Progresstech Ukraine received new orders, which have grown in volume every year, and subsequently acquired the status of the largest service provider for Boeing in Central and Eastern Europe. Ukrainian engineers have participated in all development programs, technological support for production, P2F conversion projects, and modernization and service of the global Boeing commercial fleet.
