I would like to state that this is absolute nonsense. Progresstech-Ukraine was specifically established by its parent PT-Americas, LLC, a US registered company, with a purpose to provide engineering support for Boeing-related projects and to grow and retain intellectual resources in Ukraine. Since the inception, the company has created more than 800 jobs for aviation engineers who permanently reside and work in Ukraine. I am sure that engineering projects implemented by the company made a significant contribution to the country’s economic growth. The dual training programs designed for aviation engineers were developed in partnership with a number of technical universities which ultimately paved the way for new educational system strengthening Ukraine’s competitive human resources pool.
