Airbus 350 XWB (900/1000)

Design (including strength work) of airframe structural elements:

• Construction of the front rib:

  • wing static calculation of structural elements and connections;

  • fatigue calculation of the main power elements.
    

• System brackets (structures for fastening components of on-board systems) of the central section of the fuselage:

  • design, selection of calculation schemes and execution of calculations of static and fatigue strength of brackets;

  • development of installation models (simulation of installation of brackets);

  • calculation of the connections of the brackets with the main elements of the power set of the fuselage (frames, stringers, cladding).
    

Participation in supporting the production of airframe components of the A350 XWB aircraft at the customer's facilities:

• Supporting the production of structural elements of the central section of the fuselage and the leading edge of the wing at the composite materials plant in the city of Kinston (North Carolina, USA);

• Support of works on the assembly of the structure of the front edge of the wing at the factory in Prestwick (South Ayrshire, Great Britain).
