Progresstech-Ukraine was included among the companies with the most effective HR management

Progresstech-Ukraine entered the top thirty Ukrainian companies with the most effective management in the field of human capital management. Maksym Gladskyi, Deputy Director of Progresstech-Ukraine in personnel work, represents the company in the list of the best HR directors (HRD) of Ukrainian enterprises.


The HRD rating was formed by an industry expert jury consisting of recognized personnel selection specialists and the editorial board of the specialized magazine "TOP-100. Ratings of the largest". Leading HR directors are ranked taking into account their impact on corporate culture and economy and the formation of the employer brand. Compilers of the rating also evaluated the effectiveness of the HR projects implemented by the nominees in recruiting, training, retention and motivation of personnel.

Despite the global reduction in activity in aviation and related industries due to the expansion of COVID-19, the demand for Progressech-Ukraine services continues to grow. The company not only quickly adapted to work under quarantine restrictions. It showed the ability to quickly respond to the new needs of the specialized market, which changed its landscape under the influence of the pandemic and needed new services. Therefore, Progresstech-Ukraine had the opportunity to fully realize its main competitive advantage - the ability, at the request of the customer, to quickly form effective engineering teams to work on new international projects of any complexity and direction.

Therefore, Progresstech-Ukraine quite quickly renewed the dynamics of staff replenishment. During the crisis years of 2020-2021, the number of engineering personnel of the company increased by a quarter and exceeded the symbolic 1000th mark.


The main HR tool for staffing new project teams is the corporate multi-level educational ecosystem created at Progresstech-Ukraine. It combines educational programs and trainings for various purposes:

● preparation of students and graduates of higher education institutions for engineering work;
● targeted training of masters for the company under a joint dual educational program with KPI, which was one of the first in Ukraine to obtain a certificate of European accreditation of engineering education;
● in-depth training of novice engineers and pre-project trainings;
● adaptation of newcomers;
● inter-project training and professional development of personnel.


Currently, the HR department of Progresstech-Ukraine is working on improving the educational ecosystem - it is looking for new partners, expanding the curricula of current programs, and providing greater inclusiveness to engineering training of the first (entrance) level. For example, Progresstech-Ukraine has already removed any indirect restrictions on the geolocation of listeners. The age limit for applicants to participate in primary education programs is gradually being lowered.


The requirements for specialization and the "entry" level of knowledge of young people who want to master aviation engineering are relaxed. However, access to training is not a guarantee of employment, but only an opportunity to join the engineering team of Progresstech-Ukraine: the result depends on the success of the applicant himself.
