In 2021, the staff of the engineering and IT divisions of Progressech-Ukraine increased by 16% to 1,085 people. And over the course of two "fearful" years, 2020 and 2021, the increase in the number of engineers and programmers of the company amounted to 30.4%. During the corona crisis, Progressech-Ukraine protected personnel from the epidemic, ensured high labor productivity and increased the export of services for the aerospace industry by almost a third in 2 years.

Progresstech-Ukraine prevented outbreaks of infection in its offices - organized vaccination of more than 80% of employees, introduced strict anti-epidemic protocols and new teamwork algorithms. The company, in particular, compensates engineers for the costs of taxi fleet services for delivery to work and provides corporate transportation after the shift. The staff of Progresstech-Ukraine is provided with medical insurance, and in case of illness from COVID-19, with additional financial support, which fully compensates the employee for his income during his stay in the "hospital".

At the same time, in the conditions of strict quarantine restrictions, the company maintained an efficient business rhythm. It quickly adapted to the changes in the structure of air traffic caused by the pandemic, which formed a global demand for the reconfiguration and renewal of the world's commercial aircraft fleet. Progresstech-Ukraine, in particular, has significantly increased the scope of work on converting existing models of passenger planes into transport ones. The participation of the company's project groups in programs to prepare for mass production of a new generation of wide-body aircraft, including the newest cargo modification of a long-haul aircraft, has also expanded.

In addition, in 2020-2021, the services of Progressech-Ukraine were requested for the development of the main components of aircraft avionics, in particular, means of communication with ground systems of air traffic management, on-board electronic navigation and flight control systems.

In addition, due to the active development of digitization of processes in civil aviation, the company now has many more orders for software solutions based on artificial intelligence technologies.

In general, due to the growing demand for Progressech-Ukraine services and the expansion of participation in prestigious international aircraft construction projects, the company increased the wages of engineering personnel by an average of 20% in 2021.
