This year, Progresstech-Ukraine received six letters of thanks from military units of the Defense Forces.
The heads of units and formations of the Ground Forces, the Air Force, the Communications and Cyber Security Forces, the Ground Defense Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the National Guard of Ukraine express their gratitude to the collective company in letters. They note the proactive position and patriotism of the Progressech-Ukraine team and single out its volunteer initiatives aimed at increasing the combat readiness of military units and units.
In particular, the head of the unit for the protection of facilities of the "Center" air military zone thanked the company for its support in the purchase of communication equipment for the effective performance of combat missions. And the brigade commander of the Territorial Defense Forces as part of the Regional Administration "North" thanks for the help in strengthening the defense capabilities of the regions that were attacked by the occupying forces of the Russian Federation.
From the very beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, both Progresstech-Ukraine as a legal entity and hundreds of its employees privately - all together regularly help Ukrainian defenders in the way they can.
With its own funds, the company provides the army with digital equipment for aerial reconnaissance and battle management, buys tactical clothing, dry rations and medicines, collects money for drones, pickups and jeeps, and donates to prosthetics and rehabilitation of combatants.
Progresstech-Ukraine provides support to its employees who have joined the ranks of the defense forces of Ukraine, and takes care of their families.
The company and its staff make charitable contributions to the restoration of destroyed social infrastructure and technical equipment of hospitals, donate to the repair of damaged orphanages and to the needs of schoolchildren from families of temporarily displaced persons.
In addition, through mandatory payments and contributions to the budgets of all levels, Progressech-Ukraine supports the national economy, which is suffering catastrophically from the Russian invasion. Thus, in 2022, the company's payments of taxes, fees and regular contributions increased one and a half times compared to the previous pre-war year.
Progressech-Ukraine also invests in the regeneration of the intellectual human resources of the country, depleted as a result of Russian aggression. Today, its significant reduction slows down the current resuscitation of the economy, and in the future it will make the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine impossible. Therefore, the company directs a large share of its income to the development of the system of training qualified engineering personnel, which is already in dire need of high-tech industrial sectors. During a year and a half of the hot phase of the war, Progresstech-Ukraine significantly expanded the list of educational projects that it implements alone or in partnership with leading technical universities. Among them:
● a number of face-to-face and distance courses of in-depth preparation for engineering work for students and graduates of Ukrainian technical universities,
● programs of a dual form of engineering training for students of higher education at the bachelor's and master's levels.
